SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
Shipping is FREE for orders that are valued at $150 or more.
We ship all our items by NZ Post. Our goods are carefully packed for their journey to make sure they arrive in good condition. Delivery times are 3 - 5 business days from the time of order (weekend orders will ship Monday mornings). If the item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified by email or phone with an approximate time frame for delivery. A dispatch confirmation email will be made once your order has shipped.
For apparel, fulfillment and delivery times are 7 - 10 business days from the time of order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items are carefully packed to ensure excellent condition. In the unlikely event that the item(s) are damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours from the receipt date at info@saintlygift.com. To exchange, the items must be returned in their original condition. Items that are opened cannot be returned. Gprintz accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. Returns can take approximately 7 business days to process from the date of receipt by Gprintz.
